We are on the lookout for a new Technical Support Specialist to join our 24/7/365 Technical Support team to help operate our Bombay Studio premises in Tallinn. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be supporting a wide range of IT-related tasks, monitoring gaming tables and helping to supply premium quality video feed to our data centres and customers - we’ve got one goal, and that is to be able to provide the best quality to our customers!​

Your role includes

  • Providing hardware technical support;
  • Ensuring that all the computing, video and audio devices in the Studio are working properly
  • Surveillance work which includes monitoring games dealt in the Studio, correctness of the procedures and reporting any suspicious activity to the Head of Surveillance.

What we expect

  • Excellent command of verbal and written English;
  • Team player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt well in a fast changing environment and handle the pressure that is inherent to this role;
  • You are tech savvy and have experience with Windows operating system;
  • Previous work experience in IT or Customer Service.
