CONSULTANT, RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYEE XP

If yes, join our People & Culture team as a CONSULTANT in RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYEE XP in Tartu, Estonia.

You are responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment process, from the first kick off meeting until making an offer
• Achieving world class candidate experience
• Supporting hiring managers within the recruitment process
• Promoting and supporting internal career paths
• Creating and developing engaging onboarding process for new employees
• Taking part in different activities related to employer attractiveness and visibility
• Bringing your ideas and actions to life when it comes to building a community feeling
• Consulting employees in all employment related practicalities

You have the opportunity to:

This helps you succeed:

• Previous experiences with recruiting in different business areas and for different seniority levels (finance, commercial, digital; from specialists to managers)
• Strong aptitude and practical experience working with Estonian Employment Act and job market
• Ability to make fact-based and structured decisions in a hectic environment
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• Fluency working with computers and technology
