Responsibilities
- Promoting products to targeted customers, executing overall sales strategy within assigned territory to maximize effectiveness and produce sales results;
- Organizing and implementing face to face, remote (VTC) and marketing activities according to tactics of assigned products` portfolio;
- Building professional relationship with targeted customers (healthcare professionals and pharmacies);
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to understand customer needs, values, drivers and behaviours;
- Regularly performing sales data analysis and providing suggestions to achieve business objectives;
- Review and translation of promotional materials.
Requirements
- University degree, preferred in Life/Health Sciences, business or marketing;
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical field;
- Excellent selling, organizational and negotiation skills;
- An outgoing and persuasive manner, challenging status quo;
- Commercial awareness with innovative concepts and ideas sale desire;
- Ability to comprehend medical knowledge for essential merit-based discussions;
- Fluency in Estonian and English, knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
- Proactive, goal-oriented;
- Valid B-category driving license.
