They are now seeking a senior HR Director to work in partnership with the company management and to drive a highly strategic people agenda, helping to shape the business for the future and support their transition to a new era of growth.
This is a unique career opportunity for a senior HR professional to use their HR leadership skills and experience to create and implement a strategically focused people agenda that will truly make a difference.
Leading the Group HR team, you will report to the general manager and operate as a member of the leadership team. You will lead on core topics such as talent, succession, capability, people development, culture and reward; driving change, transformation and embedding new ways of working. Furthermore, you will look to implement a people strategy to increase business capability and promote a high-performance culture, in order to support and sustain the organizations ongoing growth plans.
Basic qualifications and experience:
• Bilingual Russian - English. Other languages will be a plus
• 3-5 years’ experience in a multinational company
• Experience within defining and implementing HR-processes
Job description
Responsibilities will include:
• Participate in the design and implementation of global human capital projects and initiatives
• Working closely with the business to support our managers and team members in a wide range of complex HR- and other business-related matters
• Setting up and driving HR-processes across the organization
• Run cross functional projects in collaboration with local and international teams
• Be a proactive strong partner with interest in establishing relationships and growing the internal awareness for the topics you are responsible of
• Driving Performance Management, onboarding, recruitment, talent planning, etc.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities
• Maintain databases, tracking systems, reports, and various HR documents (e.g., org charts)
• Resolution of basic HR queries from employees
• Search, run a preliminary selection and interviewing potential applicants for technical and non-technical positions in the CIS counties, the Baltic states, as well as in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Gibraltar
• Cover all the stages of talent management cycle: adaptation, appraisal, compensation and benefits, rotation, L&D, promotion and personnel attrition risks management
What you should bring:
• Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects with a high level of autonomy, manage priorities, and groups, timelines and prioritize and stay focused
• Strong proactive partner with a history of quickly gaining credibility with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to build effective relationships across different cultural and organizational styles
• Humble, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented matrix environment
• Strong solution focus, structured, comfortable working in an environment which demands high quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills, understand the KPIs and has an interest to work in a number driven organization
• Agility - able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism
• Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels - “builder” and “roll up your sleeves” approach
• Self-starter and proactive approach
