About this opportunity:

Are you passionate about warehousing, leading people and process improvements? Our Supply Chain Management organisation at Supply site Tallinn is looking for experienced Supervisors to lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15-20 people as Warehouse Supervsiors in the inhouse logistics unit.

In this day-to-day people leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inhouse logistics operations, developing people and coordinating your team activities and, and working closely with various production and process control teams. Fluency in English and Russian is required. Proficiency in Estonian is considered an advantage.

Location: Peterburi tee 67a
Warehouse operates 24/7
Shift work; 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00)
Shift pattern: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off
