Job description
Go-to Brands AS is a fast-growing consumer company behind several successful D2C brands, with Vessi Skincare as our largest (vessi.no). We have reached approximately €12 million in annual revenue and operate across multiple European markets.
We are now looking for a Product Manger with experience from the cosmetics industry.
This is not a chemist role. You will own and coordinate product development from idea to launch and work closely with laboratories, manufacturers, packaging suppliers, regulatory partners, operations and marketing team.
You will play a central role in developing new products for our brand Vessi skincare.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new skincare and cosmetic products from concept to market launch.
- Develop briefs for manufacturers covering formulation, ingredients, texture, scent, claims, packaging and target cost.
- Work directly with laboratories and manufacturers on formulations, samples and product improvements.
- Evaluate samples and do market surveys.
- Source and manage manufacturers, CDMOs and packaging suppliers.
- Oversee our agencies related to compliance with EU cosmetic requirements, including CPNP, CPSR, PIF, INCI, claims and Responsible Person processes.
- Participate in management of Amazon and other retailers.
- Identify new product opportunities based on trends, customer insights and competitor analysis.
