ISE is seeking to appoint a full-time IB MYP & DP Coordinator with a small teaching load (Science) starting in August 2026.

The International School of Estonia is a private, co-educational, not-for-profit school located in Tallinn. As a fully authorised International Baccalaureate Continuum World School with NEASC and CIS accreditation, it is the only triple-accredited international school in Estonia. As the IB Coordinator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for both the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). You will work closely with teachers, students, and leadership to ensure high-quality teaching, strong student outcomes, and full alignment with IB standards and practices. Due to the small size of our school, there is a small Science teaching component to this role.

Degree-qualified, certified teacher.

At least 2 years of experience in an international school in a similar position

Proven leadership or coordination experience in a school setting

A passionate educator with a strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning, experience and thorough knowledge of the IB MYP & DP Programme

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

A commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based learning

Ability to provide a recent clear police record / criminal background check from your home country and from the country you last worked in.

Experience in curriculum design.

Strong desire to be an inspiring, motivated educator.

Experience implementing Universal Design for Learning approaches.
