Our TMS Team is looking for a Logistics & Inventory Manager
As a Logistics & Inventory Manager within Technical Maintenance Services, you will own and transform TMS spare parts logistics and inventory end-to-end. You will take full ownership of spare parts logistics and inventory performance - optimizing the current setup and implementing a new operating model to reduce aged and excess stock, improve availability, and lower cost-to-serve. Your mission is to deliver measurable improvements in inventory health and service reliability by redesigning processes, governing replenishment logic, and aligning ways of working across internal stakeholders and external partners. This is a manager-level individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Your daily tasks:
- End-to-end spare parts logistics & inventory operating model across TMS (processes, rules, handoffs, ownership);
- Heavy optimization of the current setup: aged/excess stock reduction, stock accuracy and availability improvements, elimination of cost leakage;
- Inventory logic and governance: replenishment parameters (min/max, reorder points), critical spares and slow movers, disposition paths, reverse logistics/returns;
- Target operating model design, concepting and implementation into production (ways of working, governance, roles, cadences);
- Stakeholder alignment and negotiations with internal teams and external partners to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes;
- Performance cadence and transparency: KPI follow-up, action tracking and escalation when required.
Your skillset:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and inventory management (spare parts, warehouse/WMS, service operations or similar);
- Proven track record of delivering measurable optimization outcomes (e.g., reducing aged/excess stock, improving availability/stock accuracy, lowering cost-to-serve);
- Experience designing and implementing operating model improvements (processes, governance, roles, partner ways of working);
- Ability to lead change through influence in a cross-functional environment (no direct reports);
- Strong analytical skills combined with practical execution (Excel/BI + operational implementation);
- Proficiency speaking Finnish at conversational level.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in field service/maintenance environments and multi-site operations;
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ERP and/or WMS data and processes;
- Partner governance experience (SLAs, performance reviews, cost and quality management).
