AUMA, a global leader in electric actuator and automation solutions, is seeking a commercially driven and technically skilled Key Account Manager to lead and grow our business in Estonia and Latvia. This is a succession role ensuring business continuity with an established customer base. If you are a customer-focused and technically curious person, this might be an opportunity for you!
What you will do
- Manage and develop key customer accounts, focusing on high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Lead new business development within Estonia and Latvia, identifying and closing new opportunities
- Oversee technical sales projects, including tenders, proposals, pricing, and documentation
- Work closely with service engineers to ensure successful project delivery and strong after-sales support
- Maintain clear and accurate CRM entries, sales forecasts, and regular reporting
- Partner with distributors, contractors, and system integrators for efficient service and execution
- Collaborate cross-border with colleagues in Finland and Germany to ensure alignment and share best practices
What we are looking for
- Technical or commercial higher education (engineering preferred)
- Previous B2B sales experience in automation, valves, pumps, process equipment, energy, water, or industrial sectors
- Strong track record managing industrial customers in Estonia; experience with Baltics is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM, technical documentation, and tender processes
- Fluency in Estonian and English
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Willingness to travel
