·       University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field.

·       Professional experience in energy trading, with a focus on gas markets in Central Eastern Europe.

·       Proven leadership skills and experience managing commercial teams (including remote teams).

·       Strong analytical abilities and a track record of working with market data.

·       Well-established network in target markets.

·       Experience with complex commodity contract structures.

·       Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.

·       Willingness to travel regularly.

·       Excellent command of English; knowledge of local CEE languages is a plus.
