About the job
We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented B2B Inbound Sales Specialist to help fast-track Stebby’s growth in Estonia. In this role, you will introduce our services to customers interested in Stebby and support the customer throughout the onboarding journey. This is a hands-on inbound sales role where you will have a direct impact on how we reach and engage with new customers.
Preferably Tallinn based position.
What you will do
- Engaging with companies interested in Stebby and showing them how Stebby can help them support employee well-being, ultimately improving their work culture
- Engaging with decision-makers and helping them find the best possible solutions for their business needs.
- Guiding customers through the onboarding process so they feel supported and confident from day one.
- Delivering demos for both company administrators and employees.
- Representing Stebby in client meetings and public forums - including public speaking engagements
- Managing your activities and sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- A professional communicator who is adaptable and can build trust with different types of clients.
- Critical thinker, analytical, structured and able to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as we continue to develop and grow as a team.
- Independent, solution-oriented and comfortable working in an environment where you are trusted to take initiative.
- Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable with using various digital tools.
- Excellent Estonian, English and Russian language skills with strong presentation and communication skills are required.
