Job Description:
As a Car Rental Agent, you will be a member of the Hertz team, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our customers at Tallinn Airport. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their rental needs, managing rental transactions, and driving vehicles as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service, recommend the most suitable services, and ensure the sale of additional products and services;
- Prepare rental agreements and process transactions;
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well maintained, and ready for rental;
- Drive vehicles to various locations as needed.
We would be happy if you:
- Have customer service experience;
- Are able to work a rotating (shift-based) schedule;
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years;
- Have English language skills at B2 level.
