The Scheduling Specialist will support the Service Operations Team by expediting services, improving customer satisfaction, and managing service scheduling and trip planning. This role collaborates with Service Team members and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

·       Service Scheduling: Coordinate with customers, ASPs, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and Regional

Managers to schedule open service work orders. Proactively contact customers to confirm and

schedule upcoming services.

·       Travel Planning: Optimize service trips by efficiently grouping services. Facilitate obtaining work permits

as required. Manage and maintain customer portal access and scheduling.

·       Customer Service: Address customer requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to enhance customer satisfaction.

·       System Maintenance: Maintain accurate service records in Salesforce and SAP. Ensure all necessary

parts for service are ordered and delivered on time.

·       Team Support: Assist Service Operations Leads, Senior Schedulers, and Service Managers with ad hoc

Tasks as needed. Manage mailboxes related to service scheduling and communications. Support

invoicing processes and tracking of open orders.

·       Minimum 1-2 years General Scheduling / Customer Service / Travel or Project Planning experience

·       Strong Computer Skills: MS Office tools, Web

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Good English language skills, both written and oral

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

·       Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise systems preferred
