You will be part of the Baltic Marketing team, responsible for Mercedes-Benz and Veho marketing activities across the Baltic states. Your focus will be on the Estonian market. You will work in close collaboration with the local sales team. You will have the mandate to plan and execute local marketing initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives.

MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local marketing projects and campaigns for Mercedes-Benz and Veho brands in Estonia (for New/Used cars sales and After sales);
• Execute and monitor Pan-Baltic marketing campaigns in Estonia;
• Develop and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
• Organize in-house customer events and coordinate participation in partner events;
• In collaboration with agencies, manage content for social media platforms and the website in Estonia;
• PR management both for Veho and Mercedes-Benz brands;
• Results reporting to direct manager and other stakeholders;
• Work close with creative, media, and other external agencies;
• Work close with internal stakeholders to reach business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within premium or luxury brands;
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to analyze website and advertising performance;
• Experience managing sales campaigns from a marketing perspective;
• Proven experience in planning and organizing customer or partner events;
• Practical experience in PR management and media relations;
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies;
• Experience in budget planning and management;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset toward business challenges;
• Valid drivers license.
