Key Responsibilities
- Facility Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, safety, security, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain a strong, trust-based relationship with the client through regular communication and performance reporting.
- Financial Management: Oversee the management of the OPEX budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of facilities staff, addressing individual needs and fostering a positive team culture. Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades, while minimizing disruption to operations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the facility adheres to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
Education & Experience
- Recognised technical qualification in Facility Management, Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Proven experience managing clients with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and verbally. Russian proficiency is advantageous.

The Workplace Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all Facility Management operations across our Tallinn, Estonia sites. This role is critical to maintaining a high-performing, safe, and efficient workplace that supports both our clients strategic goals and employee well-being. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in facilities managementideally within the electronics or high-tech sectoralongside strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in client relationship management.
