Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management for initiatives identified by the Facilities Management Operations team and key client stakeholders.
- Full P&L responsibility
- Ensuring that Landlord led projects are well coordinated and that risks to operations are mitigated.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, sub-contractors, facilities management team operatives and key client stakeholders to define and document the scope of works.
- Develop and understand the full scope of works, ensuring that the agreed budget is maintained, with the required profit margins.
- Coordinate with architects, designers and sub-contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Manage procurement of materials and services in collaboration with the procurement team, ensuring that all materials and services are procured under the correct commercial terms and meet the commercial terms of the client contract.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders at all levels, taking ownership of the cadence of client stakeholder meetings and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Support space planning, relocation, and workplace strategy projects.
- Identify and evaluate all financial, design and operational variances, ensuring cost and program variations are recorded and reported, and initiate corrective actions where applicable.
- Oversee post-project evaluations and ensure proper documentation and handover.
- Ensure CBRE QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project.
- Ensure full compliance with Ericsson frameworks and requirements, including but not limited to Ericsson Workplace Design, Technical Building Requirements and the Physical Security Framework.
- Ensure full compliance with CBRE project management policies and procedures.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
Education
- Recognized technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable)
- Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable)
Training
- Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (desirable)
- Prince 2 certified (desirable)
Experience
- Proven project management experience in either an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment
- Experience of developing new project opportunities
- Ability to read and modify construction drawings (inc. AutoCad drawings)
- Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.

Job description
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of initiatives led by the local Facilities Management team. From office renovations and infrastructure enhancements to sustainability programs and regulatory compliance upgrades, this role oversees a diverse portfolio of projects. The Project Manager ensures each initiative is executed efficiently on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations. By fostering collaboration among internal stakeholders, external contractors, and cross-functional teams, the Project Manager helps advance the strategic objectives of the Facilities Management function and contributes to a safe, functional, and future-ready built environment.
