Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Retail in ensuring the smooth operation of the Retail department;
• Contribute to the implementation of strategic goals and coordinate team activities. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies;
• Help plan and oversee Retail operations;
• Organize daily tasks and assign responsibilities to team members. Monitor team performance and foster motivation;
• Analyze sales data and recommend improvements. Track performance against targets and objectives; 
• Ensure the quality of customer service;
• Conduct assortment analysis and provide suggestions for updates and improvements;
• Drive process improvements by proposing more efficient working methods and supporting the implementation of new processes;
• Participate in store renovations and the rollout of new projects in stores.

Requirements for candidates:

• A higher education degree in management, business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred;
• 2-3 years experience in retail, especially in management or administrative roles, is an advantage;
• Very good Estonian and English language skills, both spoken and written; Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage;
• Good computer skills (MS Office, ohter retail management systems);
• Responsibility, initiative, and organizational skills;
• Ability to effectively lead a team;
• Stress management and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical thinking – ability to analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve stores performance.
