Were a fast-growing D2C brand in the natural skincare space, crushing it with a 40+ female audience and were looking for a UGC Creative Strategist who lives and breathes hooks, short-form copy, and scroll-stopping ideas.

Youll lead creative strategy and execution across our Meta ads working with 2 video editors and 5 creators/month to deliver UGC videos (30-60 sec length). This is a full-time, long-term role.

What youll do:

Craft high-converting UGC concepts & ad scripts

Write strong hooks + short-form copy for 40+ audiences

Brief creators and editors, give feedback, manage output

Analyze performance and double down on winners
