Ootused kandidaadile
- You have previous experience for at least 3 years as a Chief Accountant in an international company.
- You have a university degree in financial area and a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- You have a strong, ambitious, result oriented personality, and you are ready to lead the team.
- You have experience with large accounting systems (preferably SAP) and good Excel skills.
- You are strong in verbal and written communication in English.
- You are ready to audit current business processes, initiate and drive the change.
Tööülesannete kirjeldus
- Overseeing the accounting functions daily work, leading financial reporting, balance sheet management and internal control compliance.
- Taking responsibility for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, month and year end closing.
- Ensuring that the accounting records are compliant with fiscal regulations and taxation documents are accurately and timely prepared and submitted to the government agencies.
- Coordinating the year-end audit and the supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyzing departments work and procedures to improve efficiency and use of resources.
- Leading and developing the team of financial professionals to meet the objectives and responsibilities of the accounting function.
