We're looking for a driven and hands-on Sales and Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique mix of proactive sales and marketing for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships and creating content.
You'll play a key role in growing our international presence, connecting with new business partners, representing Pala at fairs, and bringing the Pala brand to life across multiple channels. If you're a natural communicator who's not afraid to pick up the phone and you're excited by the idea of combining strategic sales with social media know-how, we'd love to hear from you.

What youll do
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers internationally, with a focus on French- or German-speaking markets
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
- Lead the customer onboarding process and ensure a seamless handover from first contact to long-term collaboration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to support clear reporting and sales forecasting
- Act as a community manager across Pala`s digital platforms, engaging with our audience and nurturing relationships
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and influencer partners to grow visibility and credibility
- Coordinate campaigns with retail and other partners
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging, AI-assisted content including blog posts, articles, and social media updates
- Manage and optimize content across key channels: Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Support website content updates to ensure messaging is aligned with brand and business goals
You are a perfect match if you:
- Sales-savvy: You have 23 years of B2B sales experience and feel confident pitching products, building relationships, and turning leads into long-term partners.
- Digitally fluent: You know your way around social media platforms and marketing tools, and are comfortable using AI to create content and drive engagement.
- Multilingual communicator: You speak and write fluent English and have professional-level fluency in French or German to connect with international clients confidently.
- Proactive go-getter: You're bold, self-motivated, and unafraid to pick up the phone, reach out to new contacts, and make things happen.
- Strategic and structured: You know how to prioritize tasks, keep your CRM tidy, and follow through without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Creative brand builder. You're excited to help shape how Pala presents itself across digital channels, from social media to influencer partnerships.
- Curious and value-driven: You care about the pet industry and align with Palas' mission of delivering quality, sustainability, and animal well-being.
