SALES MANAGER

Tallinn Electrical Engineering Factory ESTEL was established in 1870. Today, the company is a leading player in the power converter equipment market, specializing in developing, manufacturing, and supplying a wide range of power converter equipment and power semiconductor devices, utilizing advanced technological solutions. In addition to development and production, we actively sell and promote our equipment worldwide, ensuring our customers receive reliable and efficient solutions tailored to their needs.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, actively selling our equipment, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategy and revenue targets to drive business growth.
  • Set sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new projects and sales channels.
  • Communicate with clients and prepare technical and commercial documentation.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms.
  • Promote company products effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical sales and sales management.
  • Technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
  • Target-oriented with a strong financial motivation.
  • Proficiency in English, Estonian, and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
