Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT-related aspects of new restaurant openings (networks, POS systems, integrations, etc.)
- Create and implement structured project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, construction, and vendors
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and introduce scalable solutions
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to key stakeholders
- Drive project standards and improve internal project management capabilities
Were Looking For
- Proven experience in IT project management (restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience is a big plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Tech-savvy mindset with an eye for problem-solving
Nice to Have
- Experience with POS systems, restaurant technology stacks, or ERP integrations
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
