We're offering a fixed-term position as an HR Consultant to cover a parental leave. This role is a great fit for someone in the early stages of their HR career who is eager to gain experience in a dynamic and international environment.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our supportive HR team!
Your Role
As an HR Consultant, you will play a key supporting role in our HR team, helping us provide a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Youll work closely with the rest of the HR team and managers across the company, taking care of various administrative and coordination tasks related to benefits, employee data, employment documents and more. This role is a great fit for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys organizing and problem-solving, and has a genuine interest in HR topics.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, contract changes, offboarding).
- Coordinate activities related to employee benefits (e.g. sports compensation, insurance, etc.).
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily HR operations by collaborating closely with the HR team on various ongoing tasks and projects
- Assist with organizing HR-related events and internal initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal trainings and employee development activities (e.g. scheduling sessions, managing participant lists, preparing materials).
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and documentation.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Some prior experience or internship in HR or administrative support (experience in an international environment is a plus).
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and organized way.
- Strong communication skills in Estonian and English (both spoken and written) - you can express yourself clearly and professionally in both languages.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude you're not afraid to take the initiative while also knowing when to ask for support.
- An open and positive mindset you're genuinely interested in working with people and care about ensuring a great employee experience
- Willingness to contribute to other HR or operational tasks you're a true team player who's ready to step in and help where needed.
- Knowledge of Estonian employment regulations is an advantage.
