Master´s degree in biology, chemistry or related area.
Excellent level of written and spoken English and Estonian.
Experience in the field of biotechnology is an important asset.
Creative and analytical thinking.
Presentation and communication skills, written and oral, for a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities
Assess market potential based on client feedback and biotechnology sector trends.
Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
Prepare instructions, user manuals and reports.
Handle customer complaints and nonconformities.
Document and maintain a database of customer interactions and solutions for future references.
Identify patterns to continuously improve support process.
