Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or another related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal and external communication, as well as campaign management, preferably with agencies.
• Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required, and work on a range of projects at the same time; experience in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Estonian (English language is needed for communication with colleagues and partners abroad).
• Ability to set, create and implement communication strategies, and apply global strategies and content according to local market needs.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Good writing and storytelling skills, ability to draft compelling messages and adapt/align them based on the existing PR materials.
• Strong communication skills with excellent presentation and report-writing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the process of creating, managing, and executing the companys general PR strategy in all three Baltic countries, based on Samsungs global corporate principles and Samsung Electronics Baltics goals.
• Develop a PR strategy for the Companys product sales campaigns in alignment with the product marketing strategy.
• Manage PR activities both, internally and externally, and in close cooperation with Product and Marketing teams.
• Create reports, and analyze the performance of campaigns to provide continuous expertise for improvements.
• Report to local and global management in close cooperation with Regional and Global headquarters.
• Collaborate closely with Public relations managers, Marketing Project Managers, Product Managers, Media and Creative agencies, and other key players.
