Preparing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 400 guests during the summer. Mostly bus groups, but also some individuals. There are 3 cooks working normally in the kitchen plus the head chef and the new cooks will replace some of the fixed cooks when they leave for vacations during the summer. The head chef and the cooks are all Norwegians, but English language is OK. Working 3 different shifts, from 05:00 (breakfast) 12:30 or 8:30 16:00 or 16:00 23:30
