What You Will Do:

• In this role you will concentrate on the category of Indirect Sourcing, specifically in the areas of facilities management, marketing, and professional services
• Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan that meets organizational requirements
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to identify their sourcing needs
• Identify and execute process improvements for operational efficiency
• Continuously seek optimization opportunities
• Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with internal procedures, including contract negotiations, RFx activities, and supplier analysis based on cost, quality, reliability, and risk
• Oversee the assigned sourcing category and manage the lifecycle of suppliers and agreements
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
• Execute pre- and post-contract activities according to internal processes
• Maintain proper documentation in the Central Registry and ensure readiness per internal requirements

What We Expect:

• A minimum of 3,5 to 5 years of experience in procurement and project management
• A comprehensive understanding of the supplier market
• Proficiency in procurement, sourcing, category management, and outsourcing processes
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and systems
• Knowledge and awareness of strategies to avoid conflicts of interest
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
