- A strong ownership mindsetyou take initiative and responsibility, solve problems proactively, and treat the role as if the success of the process depends on you.
- Good English skills (Estonian is a plus).

Tööülesannete kirjeldus
As an SMA Engineer, you will oversee the entire SMA line, ensuring smooth operation, process development, and machinery renewals. You will:
- Lead maintenance and repair activities, including hands-on technical tasks.
- Develop programs for various machines to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with factory Team Leads, Industrial Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Engineers.
- Support the Industrial Engineering team when needed.
This is a hands-on role where precision, problem-solving, and proactive thinking are key!
