Sustainability Intern
In this role you will be supporting Group Sustainability Department in data requirements analysis as well as ensuring compliance with upcoming ESG regulations. That will include supporting the mapping of EBA requirements for transition plan, addressing the requirements needed including documentation. You will also collaborate in the development of ESG communication material mock-ups as well as on the various sustainability reports. At last, some support for the update of internal regulations will also be a task assigned to you (e.g., CSDDD gap analysis, Sustainability Policy update, etc.)
You will gain exposure to managing the sustainability area in a big organization with all the underlying projects to maintain the implementation of ESG practices.
We expect you to have passion for and academic knowledge about the sustainability area as well as high attention to detail, thoroughness, accuracy and ability to complete extensive and complex tasks. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Environmental technology, Environmental sciences, Legal, Finance, Economics or related.
Treasury ALM Intern
In this role your tasks will involve a combination of daily/weekly reporting activities and ad-hoc analytical tasks given by the Manager. Regular reporting involves working with the data of entire Banks balance sheet, calculating regulatory ratios and analyzing observed changes. Ad-hoc tasks would require more in-depth data analysis in specific subject and presentation of the results to manager and other stakeholder.
You will gain a hands-on experience in a variety of Asset and Liability Management Unit's daily activities, this way strengthening your expertise and knowledge in finance area.
We expect you to have passion for finance and have appropriate academic knowledge combined with soft skills like thoroughness, accuracy and analytical thinking. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Mathematics or related.
IFRS InternIn this role you will be supporting the team with work on interim financial reports, compiling comparative information and filling in historical data. In addition, your tasks will also involve participation in other actual IFRS Team tasks – like ad-hoc consultations on certain processes, procedure review etc.
You will gain knowledge about IFRS and accounting standarts and practical application in the Bank as well as Banks regulatory (the mandatory financial reports to EU authorities) and public reporting.
We expect you to have passion for finance and willingness to build a career in this field as well as some soft skills including having an eye for details and ability to work with large amounts of data. Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Economics, Accounting. 2nd year if currently obtaining bachelor.
