Customer Service Intern

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to Luminor customers through various channels - including phone, video calls, email, IB etc. Your mission will be to provide consultations and sales of financial solutions and products for Private and Business customers. This comes with the need to understand customer needs, guide and introducing customers how to use digital & remote channels as well as proactively exploring customers' needs and offering services to identified potential customers to increase sales results. In addition, you will also be registering customer preferences and complaints, and submitting those to the Banking systems.

You will gain practical experience of providing customer service up to the highest standard while exploring customer's needs and finding the right solution in every circumstance. 

We expect you to  have customer service skills, be able to handle negotiations, having strong communication skills as well a to be tech savvy. Soft skills include customer focus, proactivity, collaboration skills and sense of ownership. Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or any other relevant one.

 
Lending Competence Intern

In this role you will be the first and most important contact in our bank who will help the customers to get the new car. Your tasks will include receiving customers leasing application and adding the information form application to various IT systems, while also checking the customer background and collecting extracts from internal and external systems. You will also be responsible for keeping consistent customer communication via e-mail or telephone.

You will gain practical experience of providing customer service up to the highest standard while exploring customer's needs and finding the right solution in every circumstance.

We expect you to basic knowledge of banking services and products as well as have strong customer service skills combined with analytical skills as well. Customer focus and problem solving abilities are key for this role. Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or any other relevant one.


Lending & Customer Service Intern

In this role you will be supporting our team of advisors to provide excellent service and provide solutions to our customers, including handling incoming customers' applications and ensuring customer data's service in accordance with policies (KYC, AML, data security and compliance etc.) and concepts. You will also have the responsibility of proper handling of customer related documents, including signing agreements, archiving, and submitting to further processing and monitoring in timely manner and full scope / quality according to corresponding procedures and policies.

You will gain practical experience working with customers' applications handling and performance of various KYC procedures, this way gaining an insight into the backstage of daily operations performed by the bank for our customers.

We expect you to basic knowledge of banking services and products as well as have strong customer service skills combined with analytical skills as well. Customer focus and problem solving abilities are key for this role. Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or any other relevant one.
