RESERVATION MANAGER
Main tasks:
- Managing reservations and reservation related questions
- Quality communication with our customers and partners
- Support customers/travel agencies inquiries over the phone and e-channels
- Counsel customers/travel agencies on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and sending out confirmation notices
- Support customer/travel agencies with required information about tourism products (air tickets, hotel information) and other services
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route requests to appropriate resources
Requirements:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Work experience as Reservation manager/ Travel consultant or in similar position
- Fluent Estonian, fluent spoken and written English and Russian language skills, other language skills would be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of popular leisure destinations is a must
- Computer proficiency and travelling software skills.
- Data entry experience
- Internal drive and willingness to work in a demanding and challenging work environment
- Accuracy, attention to detail, good communication and excellent planning skills
- Orientation for client service in details and stress management skills
- Great active listening skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Computer literacy
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
