The School of Natural Sciences and Health at Tallinn University is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team. The successful candidate will contribute to the ERA Chair in Sustainable Futures project (SustainERA, DOI: 10.3030/101186958). The project is led by Prof Anu Realo and Prof Kai Pata and is funded by the European Commission's Horizon Europe Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence programme.

The position is available from the 1st January 2026 or shortly thereafter on a two-year fixed-term contract. The position will involve primarily collaborating with Prof Jaanus Terasmaa, Dr Katrin Männik, and Dr Terje Väljataga, as well as with other members of the research team.

The School of Natural Sciences and Health, along with its Institute of Ecology, is an academic unit that conducts education, research, development, and innovation in three fields: natural sciences and education for sustainable development (including organisms, landscapes, ecosystems, and geospheres); psychology and behavioral sciences; and movement, health, and sports sciences.
