Join Stora Enso's Packaging Solutions division as Purchasing Specialist, Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) in our PtP team, based in Tallinn for a fixed-term assignment approximately until end of 2026. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, AP, this role provides an opportunity for a finance professional looking to advance their career in a company committed to sustainability and innovation.

As Purchasing Specialist, PtP, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with supplier agreements.
- Place purchase orders (POs) based on requisitions and negotiated supplier terms.
- Manage and resolve deviations between supplier invoices, orders, and goods receipts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support local sourcing teams and stakeholders by providing expertise and assistance in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless end-to-end procurement.
- Maintain and update procurement records in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Handle reporting tasks related to Intrastat and CBAM to ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate should have Bachelors degree in a relevant field or proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
- Comfortable working with scattered IT system lanscapes (SAP; Zeroni, CarrierPoint, MS Office, MS PowerBI & other related).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and invoice reconciliation.
- Experience in Intrastat and CBAM reporting is advantage.
- Candidate should be service-oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and stakeholder support.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage invoice/order discrepancies and have the ability to understand cause and effect relationships. You can always deliver against set targets and deadlines in multinational environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English are needed; Finnish and Swedish skills are a strong asset, and additional language skills provide further benefit.
