What You Will Do:

•  Ownership of product offering for Asset Management & Pensions companies in Baltics
• Leading the team of country-based Product & Distribution managers
• Driving product development for Asset Management & Pensions companies
• Commencing regular pension products review and monitoring (including distribution strategies), performing product and distribution related risk assessments
• Driving development of distribution strategy and channel mix in the use for Asset Management companies
• Responsibility for defining the sales processes, support materials, assuring compliance with legal requirements (in cooperation with distribution)
• Assurance of required competences in sales network through competence level definitions, trainings (materials and execution) and support materials creation
• Ownership of distribution agreement (including other related intra-group and external agreements) and internal regulations
• Development of optimal pension products support functions for distributor
•  In cooperation with the PR defining the communication strategy of Asset Management companies regarding Pension Products

What We Expect: 

•  General knowledge of Retail Investment Services
• Experience with legal regulation applied on pensions and/or Retail investment and/or Life Insurance (IBIPs) products and services
• Knowledge of Baltic pension systems and understanding of pension products
• 1-3 years managerial experience on product development or product support functions
• Experience in similar role 4-6 years
• Budget management skills
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
