- Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus

- Implementing processes and policies, providing all travellers with relevant travel and government requirements and assisting them with compliance
- Booking flights (commercial and private), hotels, transportation and other key travel elements, as well as managing changes and cancellations
- Strong collaboration between internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience is achieved
- Organise bookings for individuals or larger groups
- Owning personal targets and budgets
- Using your travel experience to provide a seamless experience to all Bombay valued customers whether they are using Bombay Collection assets or external partners
- Delivering exceptional service in order to organise flights, accommodation and related travel products that maintain our service promise
- Create digital documentation for customers
- Preparing and maintaining financial documents and reports
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends
