The Role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Sysynkt - a dynamic cloud software scale-up! Our rapid growth and ambitious expansion plans present a unique opportunity for driven professionals. We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst for our Estonian office in Viljandi.
We're in search of a resourceful and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our Customer Success team. Based at our state-of-the-art Viljandi office alongside our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our corporate customers and users of our cloud business management software. This position is an ideal starting point for those aspiring to kickstart a rewarding career in cloud business software. As a young scale up, we all chip in from time-to-time with whatever is needed to make Sysynkt a success so flexibility and adaptability are key requirements, along with a strong desire to work as part of a team but still be motivated and driven when working by yourself. In return you will receive full training in our product suite plus an exciting and dynamic working environment with highly talented co-workers who care passionately about their roles and the company.
The role is 37.5 hours a week full-time and is based in our office in Viljandi, Estonia. Whilst we're happy for our team to sometimes work from home the role is office-based as we find it the best way to continually learn from each other in this fast-paced software development. Occasional travel may be also required as we are an international company. A competitive salary is offered, dependent upon your experience, plus 28 days paid holiday and Stebby benefits.

As a valued member of the Sysynkt team, your role will encompass these tasks:
- Proactively monitor and promptly respond to new customer tickets.
- Methodically review, progress, and update existing tickets.
- Ensure all tickets are attended to promptly or escalated when necessary.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and guide customers through effective solutions.
- Execute comprehensive issue and patch testing.
- Master the Sysynkt product suite, and contribute by creating Solution articles, helpful videos and other articles to share knowledge and solutions.
- Deepen your understanding of the application and its ecosystem, as well as the business processes of our customers, to provide invaluable insights.
- Identify and propose process improvements.
- Assist with release testing & communications.
The Ideal Candidate
If you already enjoy making customers happy, love solving problems and have technical skills then we're keen to hear from you, but we also open to candidates with all levels of experience. This role would be ideally suited to Computer Science graduates with customer-facing experience, who are looking to start their careers at an exciting scale-up.
You will need to:
- Truly want to keep our customers happy even under pressure.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding our clients business processes.
- Possess prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exhibit comfort with web applications, CRMs, or similar web-based software requiring configuration and management.
- Showcase troubleshooting prowess and a passion for problem-solving.
- Be eager to delve into understanding the technical side of our product and how our customers utilise it.
As our clientele predominantly operates in the UK or utilises English as their working language, excellent English proficiency is a prerequisite.
