ENGINEER PROJECT LEADER
OÜ Geolux is an engineering consulting aimed at promoting energy-efficient solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation, as well as power supply systems for the residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Mechanical installations for the provisions of tap water and plumbing are also part of the core design.

Job Description
The candidate will be working as engineer and project leader, for HVAC, water and plumbing installations, developing innovative building solutions. He/She should be interested for coordinating 3D projects in AutoCAD and/or Revit environment. Activity can also include collaboration for energy studies, indoor climate simulations, IDA, and BIM analysis over the building. A training working stage is planned for the new candidate.
Requirements
University or college degree in the fields of HVAC or Mechanical or Environmental engineering. Also other qualifications for Design in Building and Mechanical sectors would be considered.
It is appreciated experienced knowledge of AutoCAD and Magi CAD (for piping and ventilation design).
Interest to work with innovative building design solutions.
Knowledge of Revit, IDA-ICE simulations are considered as extra merit.
Result orientation and responsibility.
Good analytical skills.
Team working attitude.
