Requirements for candidates
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the IT sector companies,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing IT systems,
- Knowledge of HR processes (preferred),
- Experience working with clients and training end-users,
- Communicative knowledge of English and Estonian, enabling effective work with documentation, teams, and clients,
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities,
- Estonian - native/professional,
- English C1/C2.
Job description
- Planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation process of our IT system for clients,
- Training end-users and ensuring they are comfortable using the software,
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing post-implementation support,
- Collaborating with IT and clients HR departments to customize the system to meet specific organizational needs,
- Participating in projects to improve and enhance software functionality.
