- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, effectively engaging with clients and co-workers while maintaining professionalism, even in challenging situations.
- Be customer-oriented, adept at active listening, recognizing client needs, and fostering a friendly, professional atmosphere.
- Possess negotiation skills, focusing on interests, analyzing client needs, and confidently leading business dialogues to achieve mutual benefits.
- Display action orientation, working effectively towards goals, even in less-structured tasks, with motivation and self-confidence.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor (will be plus- Bachelor in Marketing/ Sales)
- Professional experience: Minimum 1 year as Marketing Specialist/ Lead Management (will be plus-Experience in building sector)
- The required languages are English and Estonian.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including content creation, social media, PPC, and events.
- Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target groups.
- Build partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, from digital to print.
- Measure and report campaign performance, using analytics tools to assess success against goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to develop product promotions and support sales efforts.
- Maintain and manage customer leads in CRM systems, follow up on leads, and engage potential customers during events.
- Support sales team training and share best practices within the group.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager, within legal and agreed-upon limits.
