Your mission
Empower Estategurus Loan Origination team by boosting loan volumes in Estonia through dynamic portfolio management and proactive sales activities.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Independently scout for new business opportunities through various channels.
- Client Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Portfolio Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from both new and existing customers.
- Financial Expertise: Prepare in-depth financial and project analyses and loan applications for the Credit Committee while negotiating terms with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Operations, and Investor teams to ensure smooth processes and client satisfaction.
- Events & Networking: Represent Estateguru at industry and client events, contributing to our visibility and success.
- Ad-Hoc Contributions: Support the team with additional tasks to drive results and foster growth.
You are the one for us if you have
- A strong knowledge of finance and real estate markets.
- An exceptional relationship management and sales skills paired with excellent written and verbal communication.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A proven experience in sales or a related field, including customer retention.
- Expertise in lending and project/financial analysis.
- Fluency in Estonian and English (both are essential).
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively and thrive under pressure.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in financial institutions or credit analysis.
- A solid network within real estate development companies.
