Stockmann global e-commerce team is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to drive digital sales and suggest new ways of increasing revenue through digital channels. 

You are responsible for operational execution of Stockmann digital commerce related activities. You will focus on understanding consumer and business needs, managing promotional operations, and executing data-driven strategies to maximize revenue and engagement on Stockmanns digital platforms. 

Youll optimize the website for user experience through analysis of customer behaviour, sharing insights on daily basis and creating content strategies to drive towards key KPIs.  You will set up website optimization through merchandising tactics, and analyze sales data to drive continuous improvement, implement growth-hacking tactics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking to boost conversions and sales. 

Additionally, youll collaborate on collaborate with business/functions in areas of sales activation in an Omnichannel environment and take part in planning sales activities with the team. 

This position is a temporary parental leave cover with possibility for extension. Starting date will be as soon as possible. 

In order to succeed in Your work, You will have: 

• Strong knowledge of ecommerce sales and digital retail business and understanding of dependencies within the digital space. 

• experience with e-commerce platforms, digital analytics and content management tools ( e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Algonomy etc.) 

• analytical & data-driven decision-making skills 

• proactive & merchant mindset 

• passion for digital commerce and user experience optimization. 

• ability to prioritize highest impact activities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

• collaborative and customer-centric way of working  

• fluency in English and Estonian or Latvian languages
