Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is the Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. Over 300 employees from over 40 countries work in the Tallinn office. We are looking for more travel and tourism enthusiasts to join our Team in Tallinn Office.

Your main tasks:

• Offer consultative selling and service to clients, maximize every sales opportunity through all channels of communication placing outbound calls; e-mails, chat or other
• Guide potential and existing customers to determine and fulfill their travel purchase needs
• Provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service

Requirements

• Fluent Nordic (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) language skills, written and spoken
• Customer service experience and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented

Additional information

• Working time: full-time work based on monthly schedules, opening hours: Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM. Sun: Closed.
• The start date is 03.02.2025.
