The Role

The Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst role consists of providing immediate assistance to our sportsbook clients. Your daily tasks will consist of monitoring, investigating, and reporting queries from internal and external teams with the help of multiple internal and external tools. You will be in a close relationship with our other offices around the world and with other departments in Medellin. Each day will be different, you'll be communicating with a number of different people and facing challenging tasks on a regular basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work and learn in a friendly environment alongside other professional and dedicated colleagues.

Main responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients, solving problems
• Solving and prioritizing problems inside the company and the parent company
• Helping Sportsbook Technical Support Analysts with their work, solving problems, forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary and providing feedback to clients
• Actively monitoring specified systems within the company using provided tools
• Create and maintain a knowledge base for known issues and solutions

Requirements:
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and internet
• Strong communication, problem-solving and escalating skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Very good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and organizing skills
• Previous client support experience would be considered as a bonus
