We are seeking a Leasing Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a Leasing Customer Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in the daily production of high-quality leasing services while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.  

What You Will Do:

• Directly communicate with customers on leasing financing steps and sign agreements with customers
• Follow-up and secure that all documents have been received before out-payment to the seller
• Consult and advise customers on leasing processes within your competency level
• Process information related to customers, assets and transactions to the systems and prepare leasing agreement documentation
• Directly communicate with broker and customer in relation of the insurance, insert needed information into the system and prepare documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT rules, practices, and regulatory developments in the leasing area
  
• Cooperate and assist other teams in troubleshooting and resolving tasks in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
• Any other tasks related to leasing agreement administration and management, such as ad-hoc reports, monthly closing activities etc.

What We Expect:

• Previous experience knowledge of leasing processes, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication abilities for customer interaction and team collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling diverse cases efficiently
• Thorough understanding of internal and external regulations in the leasing domain
• Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication, Russian language knowledge is recommended
