IT Program Coordinator responsibilities are:
  • Define project vision, scope, and objectives;
  • Communicate the project vision to the stakeholders, sponsors, and teams involved. Ensure that everyone understands the expected outcomes, benefits and risks of the program, and how their contributions fit into the bigger picture;
  • Plan and coordinate the project activities, such as budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and controlling. Together with workgroup define the dependencies, milestones, deliverables and quality standards for each project. Track and manage the risks, issues, changes, and dependencies across the projects. Ensure that the program activities are executed according to the plan and within the constraints of time, cost and scope;
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and coordination among the project teams and other stakeholders;
  • Report on the program progress, status and outcomes to the sponsors and senior management. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, innovation and learning within the project; 
  • Demonstrate leadership, which is the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others to achieve the project vision and objectives. Demonstrate a clear and compelling vision, a strong sense of purpose and a high level of confidence and credibility. Demonstrate strategic thinking, decision making, problem solving and innovation skills.

What is needed in this role:
  • Proven working experience as IT Project manager/Coordinator;
  • Proven work experience with Pan-Baltic projects;
  • Previous experience working with Vendors;
  • Excellent stakeholder management across all organizational levels;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills;
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts, software development;
  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis;
  • Business case development, to be a structured and committed team player with great collaboration skills, Leadership, Agile way of working, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Able to operate at a strategic, tactical and a detailed analytical level.

If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 4,100 - 6,200 € gross i.e. before taxes.
