What You Will Do:

• Act as one point of entry to PM&S for respective support and control functions (Operations, Risk, Compliance and Key Function Holders)
• Prepare and present regular financial performance reporting package in respective support function and for PRMs
• Support respective support function with unit level reports, budgets; analyzing/monitoring costs
• Prepare relevant, unbiased support function level analyses and evaluation of operational performance, and suggestions for improvements
• Follow up on business performance discussions
• Contribute to cost forecasting, budgeting and target setting process in respective support function (till sub-segment level)
• Validate business case cost calculation and monitor benefit realization
• Deliver on ad hoc finance requests coming from support function
• Work closely with other PM&S units who support Division Performance Management Unit 

What We Expect: 

• Previous experience in finance area (Budgeting and cost steering)
• Result-orientation, creative and open-minded attitude
• Analytical thinking and development focus
• Strong skills with any of BI tools
• Educational background in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or related field
•  Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
