Key Account Manager
(sales of TZMO products in retail, pharmacy chains, online stores, fuel stations, distributors)
TZMO Group is a leading European manufacturer of hygiene, cosmetics products and medical devices. The company's brands Bella, Happy, Seni, Matopat and others have gained high popularity. TZMO products are sold in 86 countries worldwide: USA, Europe, Far East and Asia.
In order to develop the company's activities in Estonia and to make TZMO products available to the widest possible range of consumers in the Estonian market, the company is looking for a new colleague in Estonia Key Account Manager who will be in charge of building and developing solid relationships and sales to big and small retail, pharmacy chains, online stores, fuel stations, distributors.
What values, experience and qualities should you have?
- At least 3 years proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or a relevant role in FMCG
- Market knowledge and experience in working with retail chains
- High communication, reasoning and presentation skills; experience in negotiating, persuading and closing deals
- Sense of responsibility, organising own work independently to achieve company objectives
- Good Estonian, English and Russian language skills
- Higher education in management, sales, marketing management
- Driving licence
What will be your job responsibility?
- Finding new long-term partners (retail, pharmacy chains, online stores, fuel stations, distributors)
- Cooperation with current clients (Rimi, Grossi, Euroapteek, Benu)
- Analysing and gathering information about general situation in the market
- Leading an active sales process by organising regular meetings with existing and new customers, conducting negotiations, offering assortments, negotiating prices, concluding contracts
- Developing quotations, expanding the product range
- Compilation of completed work results and reporting
- Work based in Estonia; regular business trips to Latvia, Poland as needed
