The Role: As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Shape the Future: Contribute to the annual sales plan by developing and executing specific account strategies.
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Drive Growth: Engage with existing business partners (B2B) and proactively attract new ones, expanding Berners reach in the Estonian market.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with partners through weekly/monthly information exchanges, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Solve Challenges: Identify and address challenges, providing valuable feedback to the Sales team to improve processes and outcomes.
- Strategize and Plan: Play a key role in developing the budget and commercial strategy for Berner in Estonia.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in a technical industry.
- A deep understanding of key account management processes and a proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships.
- Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills that drive results.
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian, with conversational proficiency in English and Russian
- A valid driver's license.
