You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Dreaming Big: seeking for opportunities to start new renewable energy (onshore wind, BESS and/or utility-scale solar PV) projects from greenfield, and evaluating potential renewable energy opportunities
- Orchestrating the processes: coordinating the processes of project feasibility, associated land lease negotiations & agreements, EIA development, community engagement, FID process and overseeing the growth of the project from conception to pre-construction steps
- Planning and controlling project management triangle (scope, cost, time), distributing work assignments, initiating and managing procurement processes
- Building Bridges: cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, public institutions, consultants and local communities to ensure smooth sailing from concept to completion
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: keeping your finger on the pulse of the renewable energy industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations
- Making a Difference: playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of clean energy, leaving a lasting legacy of sustainability and innovation.
Required for this position
- Degree in the Management, Law, Economics, Construction, Engineering or Energy field
- Project management experience within renewable energy projects, real estate or other major infrastructure projects, as well as being able to manage development partners
- General understanding of financial modeling
- Experience in wind and/or solar PV projects development and/or construction (advantage), along with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively to meet critical deadlines
- Analytical, well-structured, results oriented, pro-active person, with flexibility and ability to adapt quickly as well as work in corporate culture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Estonian as well as being able to work in a team environment.
