Your Role: As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Be the face of the BERNER brand in Estonia, building strong relationships with clients.
- Plan and execute daily client visits, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive sales growth to meet monthly targets.
- Prepare and deliver offers that align with client requirements.
What Were Looking For:
- 1-2 years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally with a technical background.
- A passion for the industrial and/or automotive sectors.
- A motivated, disciplined, and ambitious mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in Estonian, and/or conversational English or Russian.
- A valid driver's license.
